The opportunity

Ghana grows it. Few people bottle it.

Ghana has an abundance of fruits, agricultural crops and sugar-rich resources with significant potential for local value addition. Yet much of this opportunity remains underdeveloped beyond fresh produce, basic processing and traditional consumption.

Fruit to Spirit Workshop™ is an industry-focused workshop exploring how locally available fruits, crops and agricultural feedstocks can be transformed into premium beverage alcohol and differentiated consumer products.

It brings together investors, beverage entrepreneurs, food processors, hospitality groups and agribusinesses to explore the commercial opportunities emerging at the intersection of agriculture, food processing, beverage manufacturing and premium consumer brands.
